#终端用户界面：

#1、将服务目录默认调整在最前面，并将服务目录修改名称为“新建请求”；

#2、将”新建“、”服务“、”主意“隐藏；

#3、将新增知识的功能拿掉，需要隐藏知识库中的“我发布的知识”“我的待审知识”“我未审核通过的知识”；共享知识中的新增和编辑功能；图标快速访问中的新增知识；

#表单设计：

#1、关联服务修改为 事件类型；

#2、隐藏请求类型、标题；

#3、部门、办公室、电话、邮箱需要自动带出信息，可参照旧系统；

#4、描述框高度缩小一点，能够一眼看到下面的附件；
